How are you ejecting the DVD if you can't see it in the Fnder or sidebar?

Jan 19, 2016 11:00 AM in response to dialabrainby sharpgirl500,So to be clear - when I put the DVD in - sometimes it ejects on its own. When I had the white screen - it ejected when I turned the computer off. When I inserted it again and it appeared to be doing nothing I hit command + E and that either ejected it or it ejected on it's own.

Jan 19, 2016 11:50 AM in response to sharpgirl500by dialabrain,You're welcome.
As far as the cable, you need whatever port you have available on the 2009 iMac connected to whatever ports you have on your other two Macs.
If they both have Thunderbolts ports, then a Thunderbolt cable will work.
