Q: Ok this is crazy. I was told to contact apple to verify my keychain password or code or? Now I can't find a person to help me.

AApparently I put I. The wrong keychain Code and am now receiving a notice that I need to contact Apple to verify my accessibility. There is no way to contact a real person to do this and I have read a dessert action trying to find someone to verify myself and continue to turn on my keychain. Any one out there have an idea?

    sorry a little flustered with my above request. Been on here for an hour trying to solve this. Lots of mistakes above but the challenge is still here. I have read a dissertation on the keychain but still unable to solve my problem. If I am to talk to a support person to verify passcode for keychain and there is no way to speak to a real person how do I solve this? Just want to turn it on. Apparently I used the wrong passcode for icloud and it will not let me turn it on. Any suggestions would be helpful.

    This could be a scam.  I do not think there is any "verify" passcode type thingie.

     

    Do not call 800 number in message.  apple doesn't put out such messages. This would be a scam.

     

    Let's start from scratch.

    What machine are we talking about? You mention iPad & Yosemite?  Which is it?  if ipad what ios version?

     

    Power machine off.  Start up again.  What are the steps you have taken to get to a problem.

     

    Is this the problem?
