The message telling you the phone had been found was likely from whoever had your phone (thieves). When you followed their instructions for "logging into your account" you actually submitted your iCloud ID and password to them - that was the piece of information they needed to get control of your phone. You're not going to be seeing it again.

I have checked activation lock on your iPhone. The status shows that it is on. If you enabled Find my iPhone, you should log in to www.icloud.com with the apple ID you used to sign in to the iPhone, and check the status (location, lost mode, etc.) If it is your home, then play a sound on it to find it. But if you lost it last year, the battery may be dead and you will have to search for it without Find my iPhone. If you did not enable find my iPhone, the chances of you getting it back are low. You may want to contact Apple support or try to get a new one.
