Q: iPhone 6 flash not working and battery draining fast

I bought my iPhone 6 64gb in February of 2015 (I have had it for under a year). Lately I have had so many problems. My apps keep on crashing (nothing crazy, just apps like Snapchat and games like Crossy Road), my battery drains thirty percent in twenty five minutes while in use, or 80% over six hours while idle. On top of that, my charger port feels very loose, like if I tap my phone it will stop charging momentarily. Also, the phone's flash no longer works. If I turn on the flashlight or take a photo with flash one of the three things will happen: 1. The flash won't work 2. A quick hello dull flash or blink will happen or 3. Maybe 10% of the time the flash will work. I have treated my phone very well, there is not a scratch on it, and I have never even gotten it near water. All of these problems just started happening very recently, and I don't know what to do.

I understand that you have a wide variety of issues on your iPhone. Let's go over some troubleshooting options to get everything sorted out.

So for the first one about apps crashing, take look at the article below to go over some general troubleshooting options for any app downloaded form the App Store. It will have you quit the app entirely and then open it again. You will also want to restart your iPhone and test it out the same apps that are giving you issues. You might even need to delete the app and download them again.

On to your battery life issues. With the battery, the best place to start is by looking at Settings > Battery to look over your usage. Obviously you use your iPhone but you will want to look to see if any other apps are using the battery.
