    What model MacMini?

What model and make are the displays?

No way to answer your question unless you provide some specifics.

And display makers over the years also provide a variety of industry standard

connection apparatus, that also changed over time. Adapters may be needed.

You may wish to consider the higher specification of the mid-range model or even more,

since these cannot be upgraded (RAM is affixed to the logic board, cannot be upgraded)

and the other specification are better, further up the ladder in product line of Mini.

See about dual display ideas among items that came up in my search here:

    https://duckduckgo.com/?q=Late+2014+Mac+Mini+dual+display+setup&t=ffsb

It may be possible, with the Thunderbolt2 port plus the HDMI port, to have at least two

and their quality may vary depending on the supported specification as noted. Some

users have attached two 27-inch or so Apple Thunderbolt displays (or older Cinema)

with appropriate adapters; however these specs do change, with older info surpassed.

The resolution and the actual size of image on the display (plus refresh rate) are items

to consider when looking at a computer that has no upgrade option after purchase.

Mac mini (Late 2014) - Technical Specifications

You get a much better computer in the mid-range or higher spec model; better graphics

and better processor, faster speed; more RAM and better drive options. For a price.

And to look ahead to consider the useful purpose you may hope this purchase may be

able to perform for you two years later, including internal storage capacity, CPU speed,

memory/RAM; and better graphics than the base model. There may be a slight discount

in Apple Refurbished special deals section recent Mini models; inventory changes fast.

Hopefully this helps you to consider and read details where you can find them.

Everymac.com site has specifications of all products, recent to obsolete; mactracker.ca

offers a nice app for offline specification on almost all Apple products; helpful info.

    In any event...

    Good luck & happy computing!
