Q: my iphone5 and ipad mini cannot download the updates because it tells me that my Apple ID is incorrect when I know it is correct.

I have an iphone 5 and a mini ipad. My problem is not with the devices, its with my Apple Id which is required to download updates for my apps. I know that my Apple Id is correct but it still tells me that it isn't and won't let me download. How do i solve this? I have changed my ID various times thinking this might help but it doesn't.

Turn your device off and back on. If this doesn't help, sign out from your account and sign back in.

Also, you can try resetting your settings.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.
