I understand that you are having an issues with Netflix on your Apple TV. Let's see if we can get that sorted out.
I have to point out that the troubleshooting will different depending on what version of Apple TV you have. For starters, if you have the 4th generation Apple TV, you will want to quit the app and start Netflix back up. If you have the 2nd or 3rd generation, the you will want to restart your Apple TV as a whole. Take a look at the article below for more specific details on troubleshooting apps on your Apple TV.

Jan 20, 2016 4:39 PM in response to Seagillby SteveK64,Ensure any VPN or SmartDNS services you may use are removed/deleted from your ATV4 and/or Router... then try and connect after a power off/reboot of both the devices.
