Try to restore the disk to a single partition using BC Assistant first. It also re-arranges the Recovery HD to be at the end and merges the BC part back into OS X.

Okay I removed Windows using BCA. Created a bootable USB install of Windows 10 on a USB3 flash drive, then rebooted. Tried booting into Windows this time, instead of EFI Boot, however, all I saw was an error message: "No bootable media -- insert media and press any key" if I remember correctly. Do I need to put in a disk as well?

Can you find a USB2 flash drive of 8GB or more? What is the size of the W10 ISO file?
