Jan 18, 2016 9:57 AM in response to dazhouby Grant Bennet-Alder,Google translate applied to that link:
Because of the high monitor resolution, it is set [to "scaled"] to ensure that characters are not too small. Change the "resolution" to "default display".
GPU Driver appears to be hung (over 5 continuous seconds of unreadiness) no longer appear on the log for me, the color wheel is no longer such things as turn round and round by frequent freeze.
If, if anyone suffering from similar problems, please try to change the setting of the "resolution" of the "display" of the "System Preferences".
They seem to be saying "Scaled" correlates with the problem (observable in Console) of continuous driver hang, and if you set to "default" rather than "scaled", the problem may resolve itself.
[You may need to use a different display for your text.]

Jan 18, 2016 1:08 PM in response to Grant Bennet-Alderby BorisYeltzen,I am having the exact same problem. My monitor turns it self off (aka black) - when I check console it shows GPU hanging. Surely setting resolution to default is not a valid solution since everything looks huge and is no way acceptable for every day use? When will apple admit there is a problem and do something about it?

Jan 21, 2016 2:58 AM in response to dazhouby BorisYeltzen,Quick question - what macbook pro model are you guys running and do you notice it happens more when the laptop is hot?
Second question - did you upgrade to El Capitan and if so from which OS X or did you do a full format/clean install?
Mine is a mid 2015 pro 15" and it is happening - most of what I read related to the 2013 models.

Jan 21, 2016 3:16 AM in response to BorisYeltzenby dazhou,MAC PRO 2013 with AMD GPU and two 4K monitor.
My RMBP 15 (2014 middle, nvidia GPU) WITH one 4K monitor not happened.
Full format/clean install and SMC reset can not resolve this issues.
It's a GPU driver issues.

That is an interesting assertion.
Do you have any reputable sources to back up your assertion?
If it is none of the things you mentioned, what is it?

Feb 2, 2016 2:03 PM in response to dazhouby Calabi-Yau,Hi, i'm glad to find this thread, since I seem to have a similar problem.
My Mac Pro with AMD FirePro D300 needs to be forced shut down every other day,
when the system freezes and the spinning ball occurs.
So it would be good to hear from dazhou
and you guys, if the 10.11.4 update really solves the problem?

Feb 2, 2016 2:13 PM in response to dazhouby Calabi-Yau,Can you check which AMD driver version the beta has installed?
In my system, under graphics it says:
gMux-version: 4.0.11 [3.2.8] EFI-driver: 01.00.687 Also there is a Extension called:
AMDSupport: Version: 1.40.16

Feb 2, 2016 6:59 PM in response to Calabi-Yauby dazhou,gMux 版本: 4.0.11 [3.2.8]
EFI 驱动程序版本: 01.00.687
The bad news is: this problem persists.
The good news is: Wait a minute will be restored, but must restart the computer later.
You can only hard restart the computer, if you use the version 10.11.3
