What do you mean by new emoji?

Do you mean the new emoji-keyboard?

If so you can try to go to Settings>General>Keyboard

Then you can add the emoji-keyboard

If you want the new emoji selection, you have to update to the Beta version of iOS. Here is the link so you can do it:

The new emojis are available on iOS 9. You don't need the beta. As Justanappleuser said:

• Tap Settings > General > Keyboard.
• Tap Keyboards.
• Tap Add New Keyboard.
• Tap Emoji.
