Jan 17, 2016 8:02 AM in response to Param17by sterling r,Hello Param17,
It sounds like you are getting redirected to other sites, have popups, and other malware related issues in Safari on your iPhone. I would erase all the website data on your phone first:
To clear your history and cookies from Safari in iOS 8 or later, tap Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. In iOS 7 or earlier, tap Clear History and tap Clear Cookies and Data.
To clear other stored information from Safari, tap Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > Remove All Website Data.
Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.
From: Safari web settings on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Then quit Safari, and try again:
1. Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see small previews of your recently used apps.
2. Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

Jan 21, 2016 12:48 PM in response to Param17by sterling r,Thank you for the update! Since the issue persists, backup your device to iTunes, then restore it as new and verify that it works.
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups
If it does, then restore your backup to either verify it still works and the software just needed reinstalled, or isolate the issue to the backup file itself. Normally for this kind of issue this process is not necessary but it's really all I can think of as a next step. -

When i try on cellular data then there is not any issue of popups or adds in safari, it going fine on mobile data network, is it any problem in my wifi network?? or i really need to restore because i can't restore, my iphone is just 15 days old and already restored, and my previous iphone which was 4s also had this problem.

Jan 24, 2016 2:31 PM in response to Param17by sterling r,It almost sounds like there could be an issue with your router. You can try making sure your router is set up using the recommended settings for iOS device:
Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
If you had restored the new phone from a backup of the old phone then it is possible that the issue could have been restored to the new phone from the backup. So if setting your router up with the recommended setting doesn't resolve the issue and you did restore from a backup of your previous device then I would try restoring it as new to see if it works then:
