Q: Multiple Computer Crashes in a day - Unable to find issue

Hello!

Starting a few weeks ago my macbook pro (15 inch retina late 2013) started crashing multiple times a day. I ran a diagnostic test and apple ran a diagnostic test and both came back that I have a faulty battery. I got it replaced but it still crashes. I read an article that El Capitan might have something to do with it so I downgraded to Yosemite and it still crashes. I have re-set everything you possibly could (SMC, ect.) and it is still crashing.

When I run a diagnostic test there also is a issue with my memory card reader - not sure if that would have anything to do with it.

I have read articles that the ram or graphics card might have something to do with it? I am working on those tests right now.

I really want to avoid the pricy option of a new computer or replacing hardware. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be or what I could do?

Thanks!

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
