Jan 22, 2016 8:16 AM in response to CaraEmmaby ZikzakCorp,Go to Settings > iCloud > Backup, and tap Backup Now. If that doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet with Wi-Fi. If possible, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.
