I understand that updating iTunes and downloading items from the iTunes Store has been a very slow process lately. I completely understand how frustrating it can be to watch something that was once quick just creep along. If your connection to the internet is functioning correctly and at a much higher speed (this can be checked using a speed test web site provided by your ISP or a 3rd party), then the information in the articles can prove helpful in speeding up communication between iTunes and our servers.
