Q: error 3014

need some help.. I can't restore or update my ipad because it keeps showing an error 3014, so, now I can't even use my ipad...

what can I do ?

Ok, so, after trying to quit Itunes and reconnect my device to the itunes for several times, I did reinitiate my mac, and did the same steps again.

This time it didn't show an error 3014, but an error 9... after it, I just reconnected my ipad to the Itunes again... and it WORKED !!!!
