Q: Macbook Pro 13 Inch Late 2011

I recently upgraded my Late 2011 13' macbook pro's RAM and added a second HDD. After I did this, my laptop started to crash on a regular basis about once a day. It crashes at random times while I am running no particular application. It crashes while running itunes, or google chrome, or basically any application. I eliminated the possibility of the problem being the RAM, by replacing the old 4GB of RAM, and the issue continued. Then, I thought the problem was the hard drive caddy. I removed the caddy and the issue persisted. Now, I don't really know what the problem is. Each crash consists of the laptop's graphics getting distorted and freezing and a 3 beep sequence which signifies a memory issue. Each time it crashes, I remember the exact time, and when I restart my laptop, I check the console and every single time there is no record of anything for at least 30 seconds prior to the crash. I have ran 2 hardware tests, and it says everything is fine and it seems like I have ran out of possible issues, except for the logic board being the issue.

If anyone has any wisdom about this issue, please help me out.

MacBook Pro, iOS 9.1
