Q: Itunes Match/Apple Music where is my music?
Hello everyone,
I recently got a 6s + and decided instead of restoring my old phone from backup I just download my contacts back up and started fresh on my new phone. I'm running into a bit of misunderstand with the music app...
The simple
1) Is iTunes match still a service? If so how does it coincide with apple music? I can no longer find my music that isn't a purchase from itunes in my library on my phone.
More detailed
The only thing I haven't quite figured out yet is how to get my music to my phone from the cloud I guess... Previously I would go on my phone and with itunes match for the most part all my music is there for me to look at and stream or download. Now, with the apple music the only music I'm seeing is stuff I purchased from itunes not any of the music ripped cd's I've collected over the years. Previously I was able to see most of this in what I would assume is the itunes match cloud. Is there a new different step that I don't know about for accessing non itunes purchased music? I looked at my offline library and did confirm the only stuff there is purchased music from itunes.
Thank you
Ashley B
