Q: I can sign into iCloud online, but not in iTunes. Help?
Everything works with my username and password - across devices, app store, web, etc. But iTunes will not work. It acts like i'm tying in the wrong password every single time. Any tips?
iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1

Okay - guess Apple thinks this is obvious, but you add the passcode to the end of the password.
Perhaps their usability folks could add a spot for the passcode instead of adding to the end of the "password" field so its more obvious where to put it.
