Q: Unenroll from Beta program

I want to enroll from the Beta program of El Capitan (and other beta updates). However I have no way of turning it off. I checked my app store settings and I do not have the option of unenrolling from the program, however the App store app has 10.11.4 beta update and keeps nagging me to update.

Also I notice that my computer is running 10.11.2, but App Store does not have an option of the 10.11.3 update but instead have 10.11.4 beta as something I can install.

How do I unroll and move to 10.11.3. Please advice.
