Jan 25, 2016 2:43 PM in response to reialby K Shaffer,Is the computer a new one recently purchased in retail, never used before?
Or is the model new-to-you, and not covered by the complementary plan
of 90-days support and one year service/repair?
If the first item is true, did you buy the computer from an authorized reseller
(that would not be an official Apple company retail store) ?
If the computer were purchased from an official retail Apple Store or from
the online official Apple Store, you have certain return possibilities that are
not a given option from just an authorized reseller. Some of the independent
resellers could exchange a new but defective computer for another new one;
but some won't do that, or they may have you get it repaired under warranty.
So where you bought it and from whom is one of the ways to figure out how
to get this problem resolved. An Apple Store with Genius staff could look at
the computer and diagnose the issue, perhaps offer a solution in the Store.
If a retail Apple Store is in your area, they should be able to let you set an
appointment to reserve a specific time for you to bring the MacBook in for
an inspection and diagnostic. Even if you did not buy it there, for no charge.
These are details that are important...!

Jan 25, 2016 3:26 PM in response to reialby K Shaffer,There may be a DIY thing to try, but with the newer MacBook, MacBook Air,
and MacBook Pro, the key-caps and spring parts underneath may be fixed
or replaced by someone who has the correct parts and know-how.
• Clean the keyboard of your MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015) - Apple Support
Or, if you have a warranty or other option with the original reseller or an
official Apple Store, they can look into replacing those semi-defective
key parts and hope that is all it needs. Otherwise, the top half of the
bottom case (keys & case) are integrated, for lack of better description.
• Apple - Find Locations - Country Selector:
(for sales, service, training, etc)
https://locate.apple.com/country
You could use the Locator page if you aren't sure of other authorized
service providers or official Apple Stores in your region or country...
Some regions have more helpful independent or company owned
locations than others; while some have almost none.
Because those of us here who reply are mostly users-helping-users
we don't have access to the resources that a retail official Store or an
authorized Apple service provider has; nor can we tell your location.
If your computer were a new-to-you but not new model, I could offer
specific links to iFixit.com Mac repair guide or two... A new one is best
handled through official channels since they should not need fixing.

Although I thought to be done with the earlier reply, I found a few links
and my original post had timed-out; so here are these other ideas.
Good luck & happy computing!

{Two more items (in iFixit guide included earlier) the time-out wouldn't let me enter are these
and so you may be able to use these DIY along w/ Support article on cleaning the keyboard}
Hopefully you had not given up after three days; if nothing else all these posts could be
edited by hosts into much tidier paragraph, with links inter-spaced; to help any followers...
