Q: Iphone 6s plus will not connect to MacBook Pro
I have a 2014 MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) , Processor 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7 , !6gb 1600 MHz DDR3 ,
Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB OS X EL Capitan . I checked the bluetooth LMP under system report and it is LMP version
0x6 , . I am trying to pair a iPhone 6s plus Version 9.2.1 (13D15) , Model MKV92LL/A This phone is brand new.
When I try to pair the two of them it say MacBook Pro not supported .
Also when I turn on my Mac it automatically brings up messages and gives me a code to input . I go to Messages
and select Text Message Forwarding and input the number . It comes back right away with another number and starts
all over again . When I try to close it , it just keeps on doing it. I am signed in to iCloud on both devices using the
same apple ids . I also have email and phone number boxes checked to receive messages from both locations.
This is the first time I have had any major issues with my apple devises . I did have a little problem connecting my
my Jawbone ear buds but after some time was able to fix it . I have done countless searches on this matter and havent
found a fix yet. Please help One of the reasons I made the switch to apple was integration . I was really looking
forward to being able to use hand off and all the other things I should be able to do using these 2 devices.
Thanks Steve Taillons Frame to Finish
