Q: My iPad is not visible to my iPhone 6  via Bluetooth and will not connect, I have tried resetting network setting, erasing and resetting iPad, hard reboot. My Apple Watch is connected to my iPhone. It is visible to my Samsung phone.

You can only pair two apple devices via Bluetooth for tethering only.
