Q: cant connect i phone 4s to itunes

Hey guys i cant connect my iphone 4s to iTunes. I have tried the driver manager and followed all the process but at end of the process it says one of the installers for this device cant perform the installation at the time. I have windows 10 and the latest version of iTunes. Can anyone help ASAP. Thanks

Uninstall iTunes, restart your computer and then try reinstalling iTunes. Before installing a new version, make sure you disable the security software.
