I am unsure if you are having an issue with receiving email or just viewing what is already downloaded, but I think I can get you started with sorting this out. Take a look at the article below as this will cover most issues with email in the Mail app on your iPad Pro. You might need to remove the account and then set it back up again.

I went to the Apple Store and in 30 seconds or less it had the iPad pro restricted!!!! I must have touched so thing in error and did not realize it. My situation with iPad pro is remedied by those Genius Bar guys. thanks for your help as well. Semonefromcoplay.
