Q: i cant connect my iphone 5 to a wifi or data mobile network

i cant connect my iphone to any wifi or data mobile network and i don know why

i already reset network settings,put-out put-in my SIM card, but there's no way

    My ipad mini w retina display suddenly upgraded to 9.2.1 without my instruction and now it will not keep wifi signal.  Tried all the fixes posted here.

    I watch my elderly dog from 3 webcams and now i can't cause apple stupid upgrade.  IOS 9 is crap.  they removed the ability to move back to 8 so I am removing apple from my life.  My samsung S5 is way better than even the iphone 6 and everyone i know is dumping apple.
