Q: I don't have a link for "Reset your security questions" what should i do ?

I forgot the answers to the security questions. According to this article i should see a link to reset them, but i don't see it. I asked a friend to go to the same page, and he sees the link. So what is wrong with my account and what should i do to change my security questions?
