Q: I just bought a new iMac. I want to create a new Apple ID and migrate my old stuff to the new iMac. Will the apps transfer to a new Apple ID?

I have an old iMac, 2007 running OS X 10.9.5

I just bought a new iMac but I want to create a new Apple ID but still keep my old apps.

Is this even possible with migration assistant?
