Q: Safari issues with OS X El Capitan v10.11.3 Update

Does anyone have Safari issues with OS X El Capitan v10.11.3 Update. I updated OS X this morning on my MacBook Pro and since then the Search bar in Safari does not work anymore. Previously I was able to type url or to make a search directly in this bar, but not anymore for the search.  I had also to re-instal the Safari extension (like for 1password) to make then working. I'm meeting also some stability issues with Safari windows: cannot refresh a page because the button does not show up or cannot close a window for the same reason. Does somebody has a way to fix this? thx for your answer and support.
