Q: Where is photostream on a PC?

HI I have an iphone 4 and 5s. I have icloud app installed on windows 7. I have only 3 folders: upload, download, shared.

 

I cannot work out where my photostream should be. Nothing is syncing either. I have photostream on the phones.

 

Can anyone shed some light or am I being thick?

    I see you want to get started with using My Photo Stream with your Windows PC.  For help with getting this set up, as well as establishing a download location please see the information below:

     

    Windows PC

    Before you can turn on My Photo Stream on your PC, you need to follow these steps: 

    1. Download and install iCloud for Windows.
    2. Open iCloud for Windows.
    3. Next to Photos, click Options.
    4. Select My Photo Stream.
    5. Click Done, then click Apply.
