Q: When I install Windows 7 using Boot Camp, I get the error message "Windows could not configure one or more system components."
I have a late 2013 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display. I'm running Yosemite version 10.10.5
I am attempting to install a 64-bit version of Windows with Boot Camp, but am encountering an error close to the end of the installation. After Boot Camp creates a partition and the computer restarts, Windows takes over and installs the drivers from the USB drive. After Windows installs, the computer restarts again; however, I get the error message "Windows could not configure one or more system components. To install Windows, restart the computer and then restart the installation." Selecting "Ok" restarts the computer and the same error message appears in an endless cycle.
