Q: Not loading after removing access to hard disc! oops!

Hi there, got access to the hard disc via 'get info' the panel came up that informed of how much space was available.

Whilst looking at this noted that under share and permissions there were two other accounts that were not needed. I removed one and I had to enter password for permission to delete. I was then playing around with settings and before I knew it I had prevented access on my own account. I was not able to get the info window to return to change it and all accouts faded to grey and i could not get back in. To note El Capitan meanwhile had previously gone into error mode after putting on pause. I then rebooted the machine to see if it would reset but just came up with my account at first, that i put the password in, then it jumped to the apple and progress bar, it then froze.

Now what?

Customer support, Mac OS X (10.7.3), Customer support and reinstall disk
