Q: telus smtp problem
My apple devices are not recognizing my Telus SMTP username and password. I sort of got an answer about reseting something on my devices but the call got lost. My cell provider stuff is all fine, it has to be an Apple problem! HELP

I had the same problem with my Telus SMTP account. Deselecting "Automatically detect and maintain account settings" in both places (see below) fixed the problem. Also, make sure it's using port 25 for SMTP and 143 with SSL for IMAP.
