Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities! I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with your iPad. If you are having issues backing your iPad up to iCloud (in particular the "problem enabling iCloud backup" alert), you may find the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful, up to and including contacting Apple Support directly if necessary:
There was a problem enabling iCloud Backup.
If you have issues turning on iCloud Backup, try these steps and see if you can turn on iCloud Backup after each step:
- Wait 10 minutes, then try to turn on iCloud Backup again. If you get a different message, follow the steps for that message and try again.
- Check the system status to see if iCloud Backup is available.
- Contact Apple Support for help.
