Go to Settings>Safari and Clear History, Data and Cookies.

Jan 28, 2016 5:45 PM in response to lllaassby NCW04,Correction an Ipod can get a virus but it is highly unlikely. It probably was a scam trying to get personal info or install a virus. But I wouldn't worry the firmware on an Ipod is really good.
