Q: Macbook Pro 15 inch early 2015

Hello,

I bought in late September a Macbook Pro, Retina Display, 15 inches, early 2015 in Mexico with the following general specs:

  • 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5
  • 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3
  • Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB
  • And : 121 GB for flash storage.

I have been experiencing some odd problems with the product, I cannot for instance watch any videos, be it on Youtube or in Streaming because the computer just crashes, here is a screenshot :

I just took the product to the authorized reseller in Mexico and they told me it was a damaged operative system. However, they wouldn't tell me wether it was my wrongdoing or a manufacturing error, hence my appeal to you for help.

If it is a corrupt OSX, boot into the recovery partition and reinstall El Capitan.  If the same symptoms appear, then there is a hardware issue.

You might run Apple Diagnostics and see if that provides any  clues:

Regardless, the MBP is under warranty and it should be repaired an Authorized Apple Service Provider.

    Ciao.

It happened around 10:23, hence my doubts as to the exact cause.

I also reinstalled El Capitán, and the crash still kept happening.

Any ideas, as to why this might continue?

With much gratitude, thanking you beforehand.
