Hi. I have been trying to back up my phone through laptop. I use Windows 7. It's asking for a password when I try to backup but u don't remember putting any password. Is there anyway to restore it or to change the password if I have put any? thank u

No there is no way to change or restore the password, if you don't know the encryption.

The only thing you can do is restore the phone as new.

No, iTunes only keeps one backup.  The recent backup overwrote the old backup.
