Jan 29, 2016 7:37 AM in response to callawayby Kevin.Mullins,Incorrect. As of today, iTunes Match users no longer receive ad-free Apple Radio because it has been discontinued.

Jan 29, 2016 8:56 AM in response to Kevin.Mullinsby PGud,What happened to to my custom iMatch radio stations? Now they don't work and I keep getting nagged to join Apple Music. Now I won't do that just on principle. Do we get a refund for iMatch subscription already paid?

Jan 29, 2016 12:06 PM in response to PGudby HermanLutz,I agree with PGud: part of the "sell" for iTunes Match was access to the Radio stations -- well before everything was re-branded Apple Music. We should either be grandfathered in, get the price reduced since Match lost features, or get a refund.

Jan 29, 2016 12:14 PM in response to HermanLutzby Gary___L,Yes, I primarily subscribed, since I like the iTunes Radio on the AppleTV. I joined less than a month ago, as I got tired of the ads. Now, they removed the app from the home screen as well. There has been no discussion on this removal. I may go FireTV instead of upgrading to the latest AppleTV. Pretty crappy Apple!

Probably not as the Terms of Use state that features can be removed at any time without notice. However, if you call customer service and make your case, they may agree to some consideration. The question is, is it worth your time?

Jan 29, 2016 6:18 PM in response to Gary___Lby timjust99,I agree Gary! Now to listen to Radio we have to subscribe to Apple Music and pay $120 a year instead of $25 a year with iTunes Match. I liked the fact I could click a few buttons and buy a song I liked, while listening to radio through Match. Don't think I will be renewing iTunes Match or Upgrading to Apple Music! Apple you have gotten ridiculous with all of these subscriptions; iCloud Storage, Apple Music, iTunes Match. Don't think it's not starting to wear on us! I'm about ready to break out the CD's.

Jan 29, 2016 6:39 PM in response to Meg St._Clairby DouglastK14,I'm not a lawyer but I'm pretty sure that still enters the realm of fraud, regardless of a ToS loophole. If they promised a feature, while secretly intending to remove the feature and saying they could remove it in the ToS, that is fraud. The problem would be proving they intended to remove the feature all along.

Jan 30, 2016 6:03 AM in response to DouglastK14by xspoon.mac,You are correct. There was two iTunes Radio. One side was free which was based on their iAd service - gone. The other was paid for as a service within iTunes Match. This is the part which people are having an issue. People paid $24.99 for a years access to three things. 1) cloud storage of music; 2) music matching while uploading to storage; 3) iTunes Radio (ad-free).
It's #3 which has been taken away and people feel damaged.
