Q: iOS 9.2 update freezes iPhone 4S; Won't connect to iTunes

Updateing my iPhone 4s to iOS 9.2 and my phone freezes with the iTunes connect screen. iTunes will not recognize the phone, or phone will not recognize iTunes so installation cannot be completed. Windows 10 Pro. All updates installed. Latest verion of iTunes 12.3.2.35 64-bit.

    My 4s suffered the same fate.  I have tried many different methods to connect and update/restore the phone using both Mac and Windows to no avail.  Any attempt to restore in iTunes leaves the phone at the 2/3rds mark and then errors with a (29) code in iTunes. Phone is nearly impossible to turn off, there is no slider or other indication the phone is working. It goes between a cycling Apple logo screen or in the iTunes Restore mode. I'm seeing this same behavior voiced by others on blogs.  Anyone able to fix this?
