Q: All introduction videos cut out or plays pauses plays pauses very irritating. What can I do for that.

Interested in watching introduction videos but each one on IPad and Iphone continues to skip or pause, play, pause play. Very irritating what up with that HELP.

It sounds like you may not have a very strong internet connection where it seems like the video is buffering to add data then play that part then buffering again. Are you able to stream other things?
