Q: iCloud account was hacked
I got an email from apple(iCloud) that my emails were now being forward to ********** @gmail.com, at 1:59 on Jan30, 2017.
My email address is not ********** @gmail.com.
I caught this around 5:00pm on the same day and immediately signed onto icloud and changed my password and added two-factor identification.
I seem to have lost all emails from about the time of the change to 5:00pm on the 30th.
All of my history is still there. I'll also check my credit cards etc., although I'm pretty sure that there's nothing in my emails referencing that info.
Have I done enough?

IMHO, this is a perfect example of needing to Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support is it not?
