Q: Iphone acting up--storage won't clear up and apps not working

A couple of days ago my Iphone suddenly crashed on me. When I turned it back on my wallpaper turned black and the apps that I regularly used won't open properly. My photos were gone and so were my messages, my fingerprints were deleted and it always asks me to log onto my apple id account--which when I do, it doesn't log in.

I've done soft resets and hard resets. I've updated it through itunes (It is now on 9.2.1). I've also tried backing it up on my computer as well. It didn't allow me to however--since the sync session always times out.

My main problems are as follows:

-All of my photos have been deleted

-When I checked the usage it told me I had no space, and even when I deleted a few big apps, it didn't even clear anything out.

-90% of the time, my Itunes cannot detect the Iphone. (It will ask me for permission to allow the computer to access the device, but after 10 seconds it will say an unknown error has occurred (0xE800015))

-When my Iphone does get synced with Itunes--none of my apps are listed, and it doesn't allow me to back the phone up. (It goes half way then says sync session expired)

-After a couple of tinkering, I've gotten *some* of the apps working again. I've noticed that on some apps I'm still logged in (snapchat, kakaotalk, netflix, crunchyroll), but the rest won't let me log in at all--saying I've entered the wrong email or password when I know I did not (LINE, Facebook, Facebook Messenger etc). I've tried updating the apps, but it never does. And when I deleted an app and tried to reinstall it again, it didn't download either.

I don't want to do a factory reset. I know I'm grasping at straws here, but I'm still hoping that I can get my files and apps up and running again. Is there any way to solve this problem?
