That would depend on what you're trying to pair to?

    Me, too.

Ever since upgrade to 9.2.1, my Jabra headset won't appear on my iPhone 6.

Bluetooth, searching for devices, spinning wheel, never finds it.

I should note that this headset was successfully paired with this phone for months before the upgrade.

Now it's like it doesn't exist.

Jabra headset fully charged. I restarted phone several times.

    Still nothing. Grr.

IPhone 5s iOS 9.2.1 will not recognize Bluetooth devices. brand new BlueAnt Pump wireless HD Sportbuds, fully charged and when I turn on Bluetooth all I see is the spinning wheel or what ever it is supposed to be. Had previously connected to laptop, but can't now.

Been trying over and over since my original post. NO LUCK, but additional data.

The 9.2.1 iPhone phone will not recognize my Jabra Step Wireless headphones.

I realized my iPad is still 9.2 and I attempted to pair.

The iPad did NOT discover the device (wheel still spinning).

Finally, I tried my bf's Android phone -- it too would not pick up the Jabra Step Wireless headphones in bluetooth.

Yes, the Jabra Step Wireless headphones are fully charged.

My new iphone 6S will not connect with my Motorola S9 bluetooth headset.  All of my other apple products running the same IOS 9.2 have no problem connecting.  My conclusion is that the problem s caused by the iphne 6S.  My other Apple products include iphone 4 and iphone 4s and Ipad 2.  All devices are running IOS 9.2

I cannot connect any bluetooth devices to my 6 nor my 6s running 9.2.1.  The 6 will connect to a bluetooth device that had been connected prior to 9.2.1, but will not recognize any new devices.

My Iphone 6s with iOS 9.2.1 can't see any other Bluetooth device (shows "Now discoverable as "iPhone"",  but has  spinning disk next to Devices) . Also, my Macbook Air can't see it. Airdrop does not work.

When I click  Macbook   Bluetooth Menu/MyiPhone /Connect To Network  I get a notification reading "Network is unavailable, Make sure device is turned on and in range". Obviously, iPhone is turned on, Bluetooth on and right next to macbook.

I notice that the bluetooth menu on macbook shows "MyiPhone" rather than "Iphone".  However, Bluetooth was working fine until recently. I have tried Reset Network Settings, without effect.

    I have this problem too.

I can connect my bluetooth earpiece but it keeps dropping for about 5 seconds throughout the calls.

It will disconnect completely and then reconnect, repeatedly.
