Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities.
It looks like your MacBook Pro is exhibiting kernel panics and you're wondering if it's a result of the GPU.
You may want to run Apple Hardware Test on your Mac using the steps in Using Apple Hardware Test.
You can also find some advice for diagnosing kernel panics in OS X: When your computer spontaneously restarts or displays "Your computer restarted because of a problem."
