Q: i set up the wrong back up on my new phone and cannot install the correct one

I upgraded my phone and connected to iTunes to set it up. However it seems that I have two IDs on my pc and I have updated the wrong info onto my phone. I tried to reset the phone in order to set up with the correct ID but as I don't know the password connected to the one on the phone I cannot rest it. HELP

You sure they are actually 2 ID's ?
If so you can just reset the password fort the one causing the issue. - iforgot.apple.com

You may just just be seeing the email you used to use on the id.
If so follow this > If iCloud asks you for the password to your previous Apple ID - Apple Support
