Q: Can you show me how to fix this?

My question is, if you shoot with high exposure and the white balance is completely off. Can you edit to fix the lighting? I am running 10.1.3. I want the boat to be in more white balance. Could someone show me how? Or give me suggestions/ advice. My camera did auto iso and white balance unfortunately. Screen Shot 2016-02-03 at 11.41.55 PM.png

I dare to say. No way! Have a look:

in the Luma Scope you notice a flat top - and what's chopped off is gone forever, no way to re-create content where's no signal ...

the lower shows a few attemps: 'stretching' contrasts, slightly overall color corrction, I guess the water should be intentionally green , so RGB pararade doesn't match a 100% .... (made in a hurry, a bit reddish...)

but the boat is and will be a white dot ... and by no means you'll get any detail back, sorry to say

Just to feed my curiosity: what camera? For a 'full auto mode' the quality is terrible!

you then should check your settings; that's no 'toy' cam, but your recording is over-exposured to the max. I can not believe, such a $$$ device delivers such a pic in any 'auto' mode. Scenery is very sunny = tons of light = low ISO (80/100) and high shutter-speed (1/1000th) should deliver a useful pic.

    … check the manual

Good pic quality asks for more than a huge wallet... SCNR

But back to your original question: no way to rescue that recordings........
