Q: Bookmarks

I've collected many bookmarks on my ipad which I now need to also view using Safari on a Windows 10 PC. Is there any way I can access them please?

iPad 2, iOS 9.2.1

Setup iCloud for Windows

You can't use Safari on Windows 10, Safari hasn't been updated for Windows in about 4 years.
