Q: Server.app 5.0.15 Mail multi domains

Hi all,

we need to setup a configuration with multiple email accounts associated to a single network account (open directory) but with completely separated mailboxes. In detail we need to have a configuration like this one:

Eg.

a.randy@domain1.com -> a.randy network account

alex.randy@domain2.net -> alex.randy (alias of a.randy network account)

Scenario:

When someone writes to a.randy@domain1.com, alex.randy@domain2.net must NOT receive that mail too.

At the moment we are able to create the alias but all mails are shared between the email accounts.

    You need to create 2 users in Server.app. You cannot achieve this with a single user account. How would your mail client know which mailbox to log into with a particular username/password combination?

    Then, assuming you have set up the domains in Server.app, double-click on a each user and remove the addresses for domains you don't want the user to be part of.
