Q: Iphone asking for password of my old ID Apple

It is asking for the old password because your purchased items are still attached to the old AppleID they were purchased with.

You can either give it the old password or purchased everything again with the new AppleID.

Something's really weird here.  Apple IDs do not go out of existence.

Did you change the password for your existing Apple ID, or did you create a completely new Apple ID? If it's a new Apple ID you cannot transfer the purchases made with the old one to the new one.
