Q: Do not disturb mode bug?

Hi, I have my apple watch in duplicated mode with my iPhone.

I have observed that in the programmed mode for "do not disturbe", if the iPhone and watch are switched on, there is no problem with the deactivation of this mode in my watch automatically. However, if I turn off both my iPhone and my Apple watch, being the "do not disturb mode" activated since 00h-7a.m.(for example), when I turn on both the iPhone and watch at 8 a.m., the mode "do not disturb" is deactivated in my iPhone BUT NOT in my apple watch!! I have to deactivate it in manually way each morning!

This function works ok when both gadgets are switched on, but the problem is when both are switched off and then on again.

Is it a bug? Have you observe the same problem?

NOTE: the iPhone and the watch have been restored from zero without installing any app and without any security copy for testing this problem. But it persists on.

Thank you for your answers before hand.

    Hi

Rather than turning your watch and iPhone off, you may find it more convenient to charge them overnight.

Apple lithium-ion batteries can be charged whenever you want (there is no need to let the battery discharge fully before recharging it).

Under normal operation, Apple Watch cannot be overcharged and the battery will not suffer any harm from regular overnight charging. Charging will stop automatically when the watch is fully charged. It will also start charging again if and when required (due to ongoing battery usage). The same applies to your iPhone.

Follow Apple's safety and handling instructions and also note that:

    - It is not possible to turn the watch off whilst it is on the charger and connected to power - this is normal.

    - It is also normal for your watch, power adapter and charging cable to become warm when connected to power.
