Feb 6, 2016 8:02 PM in response to Matthew Zellmerby FishingAddict,Are you certain that the printer and your new Mac are on the same Local Area Network as the printer.
Print the information page from the printer and look for the IP address listed in the printed network information.
Then, on your iMac look in System Preferences > Network and your IP address will be listed there.
Post those two IP addresses and we can likely determine if they are on the same network for you.
